1. The short version
- Furnace Repair Pros is a referral service. We connect you with independent local furnace and HVAC providers, and they do the work.
- When you call (720) 731-0663, your call is routed to a local provider and may be recorded.
- When you use the quote form, your name, phone, email, ZIP code and project details go to our lead partner, LeadSmart, and to the service providers named on the form, so they can contact you.
- We may be paid when we refer you. Apart from these referrals, we do not sell your personal information.
2. How this site works
Furnace Repair Pros is a free referral service.
We connect homeowners in Littleton, Colorado and nearby towns with independent, local, licensed furnace and HVAC providers. Those providers are separate businesses. They give the diagnosis and the quote, carry out the work, and are responsible for it.
We do not send our own technicians. We may receive a fee from a provider or from a referral network when a call or a quote request is passed on. Using the site and calling the number costs you nothing.
3. What we collect
When you call
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Your phone number (caller ID) | To connect you to a provider and let them call you back |
| Date, time, length and general location of the call | To route the call to a provider who covers your area, and for billing records |
| A recording or transcript of the call | Quality checks, billing and resolving disputes |
| Anything you say during the call, such as your name, address and what the furnace is doing | So the provider can diagnose the problem and arrange a visit |
When you use the quote form
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| ZIP code | To find providers who serve your area |
| Name, phone number and email address | So providers can contact you with an estimate |
| Brief project details | So providers understand the job before they call |
| Technical details of the form session, including a record of the consent you gave | To show when and how you agreed to be contacted |
When you visit the site
Like any website, our host and the third-party scripts listed in section 6 receive standard technical data when a page loads: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the site that sent you. We do not use this to identify you personally.
What we never collect
No payment card details are taken through this site. We do not ask for social security numbers, dates of birth or financial information.
4. Calls, routing and recording
The number on this site, (720) 731-0663, is a call-tracking number. When you dial it, a call-handling platform connects you to an independent local service provider in our referral network, chosen by your location and the time of your call.
Calls may be recorded and transcribed by the call-handling platform, by our referral partner and by the provider who takes the call, for quality, billing and dispute resolution. By calling, you consent to this. If you would rather not be recorded, you can use the quote form instead or end the call.
5. The quote form and your consent
The "Request Service" form on this site is provided and operated by Lead Smart Inc. (LeadSmart), a lead-generation network. It loads from LeadSmart's own website, so what you type goes directly to LeadSmart, not to a server we run.
When you submit the form, LeadSmart shares your request with the service providers named in the consent notice shown beside the button. At the time of writing these are homeyou, Inc., QuinStreet, Networx, Yelp and Angi, together with the local service professionals they work with.
By submitting the form, you give your express written consent, as set out in that notice, to be contacted about your request by those companies and their service professionals, and by homeyou, Inc. on their behalf. Contact can be by email, phone call or text message, and may include autodialed, prerecorded or artificial-voice calls and messages. You do not have to buy anything, and giving consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
The form uses a consent-verification service (TrustedForm) that keeps a record of the form session as proof of consent.
You can withdraw consent at any time: tell the caller you do not want further contact, use the opt-out instructions in any text or email you receive, or contact us and we will pass the request on.
Each company handles your information under its own policy:
6. Cookies and third-party scripts
This site does not currently run its own analytics or advertising retargeting pixels. To show the quote form, it loads these third-party files:
| Script | Loaded from | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| LeadSmart embed script and quote form | leads.leadsmartinc.com | Shows the form and the "Request Service" pop-up |
| jQuery | Google's content network (ajax.googleapis.com) | Required by the LeadSmart script |
| fancybox | cdnjs (Cloudflare) | Opens the form in a pop-up window |
When your browser loads these files, the companies that serve them receive your IP address and browser details. The form, which runs on LeadSmart's website, and its consent-verification service may set their own cookies. Our hosting provider may also set cookies needed for security.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The pages will still work, although the quote form may not. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy first.

10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, and on how the law applies to a business of this size and type, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information held about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information
- Obtain a portable copy of it
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, and of targeted advertising
Colorado residents have these rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, and can ask us to reconsider if we turn a request down. California residents have similar rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what is collected and shared, and the right not to be treated differently for using these rights. Passing your details to a provider in return for a referral fee may count as a "sale" or "sharing" under these laws, and you can opt out of it.
To make a request, call (720) 731-0663 or email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will respond within the time the law allows. Where your information has gone to LeadSmart or its partners, we will pass your request on, and you can also contact them directly using the links in section 5.
